Terms range between 1 to 180 months.     Bridging/auction finance

    Bridging finance is a short-term solution suitable for borrowers who find themselves in a situation where they urgently require funding. Clients have used bridging loans to successfully deal with tax liabilities, temporary cash flow problems, acquiring buy to let properties, auction purchases and property refurbishments.     Development finance for residential, commercial and industrial

    We remain flexible on our levels of lending to property value for viable propositions. Generally, we restrict exposure to 50% of property value, but, will increase this percentage with the provision of additional security or profit shares.

    We are pleased to consider profit shares and minimum guaranteed exit fees where appropriate. Our maximum term is 36 months for development loans.
